A place for me to ramble about books I love... also probably the only blog I'll ever have that will keep its theme. I don't want my page to be a mess so I'm only going to shelve books starting with what I've read in the past year.
I'm not always eloquent, and I'm certainly not pretentious. I am just a huge nerd who lurks in used bookstores and likes to read and do research for fun.

Reading progress update: I've read 412 out of 709 pages.
"Nothing of interest in the paper, Watson?"
Read 'The Adventure of the Red Circle' this morning. 'The Adventure of the Bruce-Partington Plans' is next. Read the first page but now I've got to get ready to venture out on errands... so I'm watching 'The Hounds of Baskerville' episode of BBC's Sherlock (again). The little scene when Watson's looking through the paper is taken from the story I read this morning. This show is amazing, so many little bits and pieces they take from the stories and make work in different episodes... ahhh I shouldn't get started on Sherlock, I'll go on and on... :]
Watching Sherlock makes me feel productive. Annnnnd... I'm off!
